- Medical system similar to ACE
- Enhanced AI (added)
- Add sounds to the editor - (machine guns used in the game, the sound of explosions, the sound of a artillery shell flying past.)
- Ability to mount a hmg and mortar anywhere not just on cars
- Mortars can fire flares.
- Order aircraft to attack a piece of ground
- Mounted MG42 to have more elevation and depression.
- Tank module that makes tanks guns stronger to IRL specs.
- Quick field maps like Arma's GPS.
- Specops module
- Option to eliminate the annoying wind-blown leaves, they're still there even with the graphics settings on lowish.
- Order to make AI infantry and tanks fire at places which might be concealing unspotted enemy units.(buildings, woods, trenches etc) it's called "searching fire" or "speculative fire" and was a much-used tactic in WW2
- Wind direction indicator on screen at all times to help us judge where to chuck smoke grenades and where to bail out of planes without drifting on top of the enemy, and it'd also make it easier to land planes slower by landing into the wind.
- Fix to make the AI tank gunner fire the main gun on his own initiative when we're tank commander instead of waiting for us to order him to do it. There's a fix in Arma2 but unfortunately it doesn't work in IF.
- Rain would realistically damp down dust
- Only Tank Loader seat has the option to change between shell (projectile) types.
- Period Civilian Cars en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:1930s_automobiles
- Static era locomotives & box cars
- IFA3 compatible with 'Arma Enhanced Movement' addon
Mission features
- Assets for CTI/Warfare-like missions.
- Complete Eastern Front campaign playable from both sides.
